Business Resource Groups at Kyndryl 


All Kyndryl employees were given an opportunity to help name our Business Resource Groups. The name Kyndryl Inclusion Networks was chosen.

 

Kyndryl Inclusion Networks are company sponsored, employee-led resource groups that are organized around a shared identity such as race, gender, sexual identity, or disability. Kyndryl Inclusion Networks work together to create an engaging and inclusive experience for members and continue the advancement of their respective communities.

 

Kyndryl Inclusion Networks advocate for themselves, and in addition to fostering their own professional development, often become a valuable resource to the company by providing information about their identities, performing community outreach, opening new networks for recruiting, supporting business objectives, and serving as a visible sign of Kyndryl’s commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Participation is voluntary and open to all employees who support the objectives of the group, regardless of their origin or background.   

 

Kyndryl Inclusion Networks are organized at the enterprise level with chapters at the country level that align to the following constituency groups: 

  • Asian American 
  • Black 
  • Hispanic-Latino
  • LGBTQ+ 
  • Native/Indigenous/First Nations 
  • People with Disabilities/Neurodiversity
  • Race/Ethnicity/Veteran status (specific to country) 
  • Women 

 

At all levels, Kyndryl Inclusion Networks support the strategic priorities of inclusion, diversity, and equity and play a vital role in contributing to an inclusive environment where all are valued and empowered to succeed.  

 

Executive sponsors champion and support the work of Kyndryl Inclusion Network leaders to co-create a safe space for supporting each other as well as an environment that empowers all to bring their whole selves to work, individually and collectively, and to support the activation of our culture, The Kyndryl Way.
