With over 30 sessions covering Cloud and Enterprise Computing, Mainframe Technologies, DevOps, and Cybersecurity, the last series reached more than 60,000 students, highlighting the impactful work and strategic drive of our University Relations team.
Our hybrid AWS Boot Camp equipped over 150 students with essential cloud skills through 40 hours of training, including 10+ hours of hands-on labs. The experience was made engaging with gamified quizzes and top performer recognitions.
Meanwhile, our Experiential Learning Program saw 200+ students complete a 5-week mentorship with Kyndryl experts, working on real-world use cases and curated technical assignments to bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations.
Our University Team has teamed up with alliance partners to deliver impactful, hands-on learning experiences that bridge the gap between academics and industry. Through our hybrid AWS Boot Camp with AWS Educate, we trained over 150 students in core cloud concepts with 40 hours of structured learning, including 10+ hours of labs, gamified quizzes, and top performer rewards. This collaboration also helped onboard 480 AWS-skilled early-career professionals.
In parallel, our partnership with Microsoft Learn brought curated learning paths in application development and system administration, enabling students and new hires to learn at their own pace and earn certifications—building a strong foundation for future-ready talent.
In partnership with RACE, REVA Academy, Kyndryl India launched an exclusive AI Certification Program—Certified AI Engineer: Building and Leading AI/ML Projects. This intensive training, now completed by three successful batches, focused on responsible AI, scalable deployment, and project leadership, aligning with enterprise customer expectations.
Together, we’ve trained over 800 students across programs, equipping them with job-ready, industry-recognized skills. These efforts not only built a diverse, future-ready talent pool but also strengthened our brand presence across universities through impactful partnerships.

The RACE, REVA Global Hackathon brought together over 700 participants worldwide, with 15 finalist teams tackling AI-driven sustainability challenges and 5 winners emerging after intensive mentoring and evaluation.
Meanwhile, the Microsoft Code; Without Barrier Hackathon saw 444 participants and 108 finalists compete on-site, all focused on AI for social good initiatives.
