Employer branding is how a company builds and sustains its reputation as an employer to attract and retain top talent. At Kyndryl, our employer brand, Progress with Purpose, provides a clear sense of what current and prospective Kyndryls can expect from us as an employer, as well as the attributes all Kyndryls share.

Progress with purpose is Kyndryl’s core employer brand message. It’s the central idea we want people to remember about what it’s like to work at Kyndryl.  


Unlike our core brand message, The Heart of Progress™, our core employer brand message is intended exclusively for employee communications and talent attraction and retention and should never be used in customer-facing communications.

Our employer brand wordmark brings our Progress with purpose message to life, paired with our distinctive “progress bar” design element.

Our progress bar design element represents continuous, purposeful progress. Its forward-slanting angles reinforce the idea that we’re not just moving forward — we’re moving forward with intent.
