Social media access enables and encourages us to share insights and perspectives across the world. However, publishing anything online has widespread exposure, so it's crucial to ensure that you are protecting the best interests of both you and Kyndryl as you post. Think about how you'd represent both yourself and Kyndryl in physical venues like offices or conferences and treat online spaces similarly. Use your internal brand and compliance filters to only share or comment appropriately.
Remember that you are personally responsible for all content that you publish (including on personal social channels, blogs and beyond). All content showcasing the Kyndryl logo or likeness must follow brand standards and be approved by the brand team before it is published. Always ensure that any images or videos referencing Kyndryl in content or visual forms are created through The Lab or the Kyndryl Studio.
